Article 5 - Payment

Article 6 - Withdrawal and return
No refund possible upon payment of the service. Only a postponement of the appointment is possible on the slots defined by Nicolas David Paris. Please inform your request for postponement by email to contact@nicolasdavidparis.com at least 72 hours before the start of your scheduled session.
Regarding the return terms:
- for services, no return is possible because it is a service delivered online via telephone call or videoconference or even on site in the office* (*in the country where the service is provided )
-for products from the online store, the return address is indicated when taking the order from the supplier Printful which is the print-on-demand company for the products referenced in the Nicolas-David Paris store.
Article 7 - Guarantee
No session is refundable after purchase. Postponing the session is possible, contact the secretariat by email at contact@nicolasdavidparis.com in the event of postponement. Please note, the session can only be postponed during available slots. The postponed session may be increased by an amount defined by the company Nicolas-David Paris and paid by means of an additional payment either via invoice or via secure payment link.
The products from the Nicolas-David Paris store are guaranteed via the Printful company and its general conditions of sale.
